Full Name: Eden Inari Deloria
Birthday: October 24, 1990
Age: 18
Year: Senior
Status: Single
Celebrity Avatar: Liv Tyler
Personality: Eden tends to be a loner. She keeps to herself; her opinions, thoughts, and motives are purely selfish most of the time. Being around people makes her nervous, as she doesn’t understand them; she doesn’t know their opinions, thoughts, or motives, and that frightens her. She's quite paranoid – not in the aliens-are-communicating-to-me-in-my-brain sense, but in the sense that she’s afraid of what other people think of her. Really, she doesn’t want to know, because she fears what the answer would be. She is neither an optimist, nor a pessimist, nor even a bland neutralist in this regard. She is distant and cool; she reverts to the idea of not caring at all. Well, that’s what she appears to do.
However, she can be friendly, on rare occasions. While she won’t willingly initiate contact or even hold open a door lest someone start talking to her, those who break through her frosty exterior sometimes find a varied, interesting person underneath. Most of the people she comes in contact with never get beyond the term 'acquaintance', but there have been a few exceptions throughout the years. On average, she gets close enough to one or two people per school year, but each of them has split from her for various reasons. This only tends to fuel her unease about the motives of others, especially when she opens up to someone, only to be shot down.
Eden loves the idea of balance and peace in her life. She’s a health-freak, hasn’t touched chocolate since she hit puberty, and prefers her meals to be of the leafy-green or grains variety. She’s been delving deep into tai chi and the philosophies of yin and yang lately, but who knows if it’ll stick; it might just be another phase.
Speaking of phases, she’s been through quite a few, usually one a year. In seventh grade, there was the roller-blading phase, in which she would spend hours skating at the park or playing Tony Hawk games on Playstation (despite the fact that he boarded, not bladed, she played it anyways, finding it to be close in the physical aspect). The first year of high school, she got way into the thirties era, engrossing herself in Charlie Chaplin movies and jazz/swing music. So on, so forth, does she again and again reinvent her interests, which only confuses her all the more as to who she wants to be.
And that’s the real secret to Eden Deloria: she doesn’t know who she wants to be. She’s been experimenting for a while now, but can’t seem to settle on anything. Until then, she remains aloof from everyone while she perpetually examines herself, and plasters the label of Outsider across her every action. Because, you see, it’s not that she doesn’t care. It’s that she doesn’t know. Her philosophy is to wait, watch, and absorb details, so that she can figure out the best way to form herself…and then she can begin to try and form ideas of other people. And yes, that is a bit selfish, but then that’s Eden.
Likes: Submarines, foxes, blue, black, purple, red, candles, yoga, yogurt, Dasani water, meditation, soothing music, self-reflection, Tylenol, the sound of rain, cashmere, and ferns.
Dislikes: Cell phones, anything oily on her skin, the cuticles on fingernails, rap, metal, drums, cymbals, loud noises, her frequent headaches, astrology, outer space, robots, telemarketers, and going to plays/operas.
Phobias: The idea of space, where there's no gravity but just a vacuum, is her worst fear. After that comes a loss of a family member, robots, any thought of some kind of invasion, and the flying monkeys from the Wizard of Oz.
Appearance: Both Eden and her sister have a good, healthy helping of genes from all around the globe. There's a combination of Spanish, Japanese, and Cherokee Indian in their hair, Anglo-American, German, Ukranian, and French in their features, Irish in their pale complexion, and Swedish and Norwegian in their blue-as-the-sea eyes.
In particular, Eden is the more curvaceous of the two, standing at 5'10" with a weight of 135", while her sister is stick-thin from top to bottom. Eden's night black hair is always down to the middle of her back, plus often tousled and uncombed. Add that to her full lips and snow-white skin, and you might be reminded of...well, Snow White, or a more tortured version of the princess. Beyond a first glance, though, Eden is not much like Snow White. Her electric-blue eyes are shifty and twitchy, constantly roving from place to place, and those red lips are constantly being chewed upon, leaving small lines of crimson where they've begun to bleed. Her teeth aren't the whitest, nor the straightest, despite two years of braces whilst in junior high. The rest of her features look as though they've been softened while she was in the womb, with not a sharp angle to her face. Those eyes I keep mentioning are what's going to grab your attention; shockingly blue, they convey the dark brooding going on within that contrasts with the rest of her.
Her usual attire is full of neutral colors to blend in with backgrounds, most often in the form of sweatshirts and standard jeans. She opts for clothes from the department stores such as Macy's and Filene's more than anywhere else. Her shoes will always be either Converse or whatever pair of sneakers that she filched from her mom.
History: Eden's life is nothing out of the ordinary. Actually, it pales in comparison to her sister's life. Eden's mother and father were high school sweethearts. In their senior year, they went and pulled a big no-no, resulting in the birth of Eve. After quite a few rocky spots with one another as well as their parents, the two eloped. Four years later, while Dillon worked days and they both took night classes, they again had another little oopsie, and thus came Eden.
She was born in Indiana on the first October 24 of the ninetys. Her mother had hoped that her baby could have a birthday that coincided with the holiday a week later, but it was in vain. Eden came out fine, no worries, and everything quickly settled in at home.
When their parents' fighting got bad enough, the two sisters were sent to their Aunt Delaney's house, which always seemed to smell like pumpkin pie. Their visits there were pleasant enough, but their Aunt's rapid-fire Spanish tended to leave them in the dust. Consequently, Eden has devoted quite a bit of time to her Spanish studies to try and communicate with her aunt more.
When Eve was just about to enter into high school, the entire family (grandparents and aunt included) moved en masse to the city where St. Solomon's is located. Eve was able to adjust fairly quickly, but Eden took a bit longer to feel comfortable in the new place. She also went through a few rapid-fire phases, leaving her confused as to who she was or wanted to be. Consequently, she took on the standardized role of the outsider at school, and hasn't been able to shake it. She likes her school well enough, but she's antsy to leave for college and try to start again.

Miscellaneous: She's played the flute since she was eleven, but hardly takes it out anymore. Her sister now attends a nearby college. Instead of following in her sister's footsteps, Eden hopes to attend a different one, preferably in a different state.
What would be a probable cause for someone to take revenge on your character?
It could be just because of a misunderstanding; Eden isn't one to get herself into a fight or talk about people behind their back. However, she does tend to blow people off or 'forget' a meeting or party if she'd feeling particularly withdrawn, which has potential in pissing people off.
