Full Name:

Dating Justin Baker
Celebrity Avatar:

Personality:
Most notably, Danielle is a very quiet, very reserved girl. Her parents were firm believers of the children should be seen and not heard philosophy and it seemed Danny kept it all the way through school. She keeps to herself more often than not most because she probably would prefer to not talk or because she's thinking about something or other. Some people read into as her being a snotty bitch, but that's simply because they don't intiate conversation. Danny isn't one to strike up a conversation, it's as simple as that. She's obviously not very social and assumes if people wanted to talk to her that much, they'd come to her and say something. It's really just an excuse to keep from talking, but she'd never admit it.
Because of her obvious adversion to most things social, Danny only has a few very close friends and Justin she really ever talks to. She feels safer with smaller groups rather than having a large group of friends. If it's a smaller ground, she feels like she knows the people involved better and can open up easily. With a large group, like a classroom or something similar, she clams up because she's afraid if she tried to say something, people wouldn't hear her through or that they would make fun of something she found to be very interesting and important. With her few friends, she knows she can do or say anything and they would still be accepting of her and be there when she needed them.
Danielle is intelligent and incredibly creative. School is a top priority for her because she really wants to go somewhere after she graduates and make a name for herself. She's one of those girls who sits in the front row in every class, takes any honors class she can, and takes notes almost religiously. She's always tried her hardest, but she's starting to get worn down with it now. There are kids in her classes who can sleep the whole year and still pass with flying colors. Normally she can let things like that just roll off her back, but that just really grinds her nerves for some reason. The only class she can really do that in is newspaper, but it really isn't that tough of a class. She's about ready to just say screw it and get on with what she wants.
Her major flaw is her insecurity. Compared to the other girls at the school, she doesn't feel very pretty or very smart most of the time. She's not a busty blonde or the next brain surgeon, just an average girl. She often feels like she's not good enough to be around them or fears Justin will leave her for one of the better girls. She tries not to let it get to her, but she just can't take it sometimes. She rarely voices these concerns to anyone because she knows they'd say it wasn't true. It really comes down to the fact that if she says something, she's almost certain Justin would decide she was too insecure for him to deal with and dump her. She's just a teenage girl; she's going to feel like that all the time no matter what. She just doesn't know how to deal with it.
Likes:
Starbucks, Justin, Johnny Rocket's, cute flats, fluffy pillows, satin, comfy couches, bonfires, warm sweaters, hot cocoa, cream soda, most music, playing with her hair, candy, video games, reading, writing, getting good grades, Jackson Browne, people acting like her opinion matters, ice cream, her family, classy-looking clothes, laughing, rain, old photographs, swimming, chocolate, sweet tea, honesty, piano, scarves, sunglasses, her Zune
Dislikes:
People treating her like she's stupid, high heels, fast cars, headbands, migraines, perfume, rap, dancing, not being able to sing, feeling inferior, talking on the phone, when her Zune breaks, gaudy jewlery, braids, alcohol (she's a lightweight and gets sloshed too easily), Star Wars, hamsters, yippy dogs, white chocolate, sleeping in, being cold, healthy food, feeling stupid, pretty boys, idiots
Phobias:
Blood, heights, needles, spiders, closed-in spaces, not being able to breathe
Appearance:
Standing at a whopping five feet, two inches, Danielle is very far from intimidating. She has a very petite frame, though not to the point of saying she's dangerously skinny. Just a little less than average since she runs quite a bit to keep her nerves down and to 'stay healthy' as her parents insist. She typically will dress in more classy clothes than most girls her age because she always thought it looked nicer and always found it more comfortable than the skin-tight, showy clothes. She prefers nice, fitted skinny jeans, flats, and nice blouses to the mini-skirts and plunging necklines the other girls are sporting. She'd never own up to it, but it's probably because she's not very comfortable with herself to begin with anyways. It's not to say she doesn't wear some of the more in-style stuff from time to time, just not very often.
Her hair is dark brown in color and hangs pin straight just past her shoulders. Sometimes she'll curl it when she wants to look nice or just has the urge to. On typical day of school, though, she either leaves it down, pulls it back in a half-ponytail, or braids it. She loves having her hair done, just doesn't like taking the time to do it. She'll wear cute barettes and hair holders, but that's about it. She doesn't put very much effort into it very often.
In the way of jewlery and such, Danny doesn't wear a lot of it. She always wears a golden locket her grandparents got her for her thirteenth birthday and quite a few rubber bracelets on both wrists because she thinks they look cool and colorful, no matter what outfit she's wearing that day. When she does wear earrings, it's normally diamond studs or simple hoops. On special occasions, she'll wear very nice jewlery and discard her beloved bracelets. It's not really much of a big deal for her.
Danielle almost always has some kind of make up on. It's normally almost always a light brown eye shadow, mascara, and lip gloss, but she's been wearing a little bit more lately. She's started deviating from brown to other colors to make her eyes look bluer or pop a little more and started wearing a little blush and flavored lip gloss. She doesn't feel as plain around the 'pretty' girls when she wears make up.
History:
When she was born, Danielle was favored amond her cousins because she was the first girl on the Crompton side of the family for three generations. She grew up a little on the spoiled side because of that, but she was always kept in check by her brother and cousins when she got big-headed about it. Things were always pretty normal and informal around her family when she was little. Christmases and Easters and birthdays were always the highlights of her years because of all the gifts and such her relatives showered on her and the other 'youngins' of the family. Things never seemed to go too awry and everything was more or less perfect in almost every way.
When she turned ten, she was first taught the 'child should be seen and not heard' philosophy of life. Her parents believed she was old enough to handle the idea and that she would benefit from it. At first, she obviously rebelled against the idea as most children her age would have because she didn't want to be boring and quiet. After a few groundings and reprimands, she learned that it would either stick or she wouldn't ever get to have a life again. She started acting the way her parents wanted her to simply to please them and was nothing short of a good student in school for fear that a teacher would tell her parents she was acting up in class again. Her mother and father never once laid a hand on her, but they had gotten her point across.
When she started high school, she was allowed a little more freedom since she was out of her parents' hair more often with clubs and newspaper. Danielle soon realized the teachers really didn't seem to care if you were a little rowdy, which thrilled her to death. She still acted like she had before, but was comforted by the fact that her parents wouldn't be contacted unless it was something serious. But, seriously, why would little ol' Danny do anything that bad? She opened up a little more around people when she felt like her parents wouldn't interfere too much with her personal life, but not many. She had always had a bit of a trust issue with most people outside of her family.
The most rebellious thing she's ever done is dating Justin Baker. Her parents were strongly against it at first when he asked her out their sophmore year, but she didn't listen to them for once. She had liked him for since the middle of freshman year and was shocked. The girl wasn't stupid, to be sure, and said yes despite the fact her parents didnt like him. She's been dating him for the past year and her parents have gotten used to him. Her father's even started to like him. Her mother, though, is a totally different story...

Miscellaneous:
Nothing really woth mention.
What would be a probable cause for someone to take revenge on your character?
She quite obviously shot down Lucas Carmichael and he's trying to make her miserable. She tends to beat out quite a few of the other reporters for front-page stories.
